From Learner to Professional
Every week is intentional. Every project is real. Here's exactly what the next 12 weeks look like.
Month 1: Foundation
Building Your CoreThis month is about establishing the professional habits of your industry. You will set up your professional workspace, master the tools specific to your field, and complete your first industry-standard project. You'll move from 'learning' to 'doing' under the guidance of a mentor.
Month 2: Growth
Real Work, Real CollaborationYou won't work in isolation. In Month 2, you join a cross-functional team to solve complex problems. You will experience the reality of professional project management, handle changing requirements, and learn how to communicate your work effectively. This is where your skills are pressure-tested.
Month 3: Launch
Market ReadinessYour final month is dedicated to market readiness. You will polish your capstone project, refine your professional profile, and prepare for the interview process. You'll conclude the program by demonstrating your competence to our hiring partners and the professional community.

I joined SkillsForge as an intern with a curiosity for backend systems and left as a developer capable of building them. During my time there, I went beyond just writing code. I was able to learn basic backend skills like authentication, authorization, security among many others.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our internships are conducted onsite at our partner locations to provide hands-on experience and direct mentorship from industry professionals.
The program runs for a duration of 3 months (12 weeks), structured into foundation, collaboration, and market-readiness phases.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of their selected track (e.g. basic HTML/CSS/JS for frontend). We look for passion, dedication, and eagerness to build real-world skills.
During the final month, we conduct portfolio reviews, mock interviews, and connect you directly with our network of hiring partners for placement opportunities.
